The Avon Band & Orchestra Boosters (ABOB) was established in 1995 with the purpose to support the Directors, Advisors and Assistants of Avon School District’s Band and Orchestra music programs in grades 6-12 to promote creative musical activity among the students.
First and foremost...On behalf of your Musical Mosaic committee (Jenny Ludlow, Elaine Guthrie, Sarah Bartel, and Heidi Lehlbach) THANK YOU to all who donated to, volunteered for, and attended Musical Mosaic on Saturday. The event was a huge success and we loved seeing so many of our families enjoying time together.
Thank you to the student musicians and directors whose performances were the highlight of the day. And congratulations to all 48 raffle basket winners. We hope your prizes have brought joy and fun to your homes.
We would love to partner with more of our ABOB families for future events. If you have never been on an event planning committee before, please keep your eyes peeled for opportunities and consider being involved. It's a great chance to get to know more amazing people who are part of ABOB and support our music programs at school.
We are now accepting senior scholarship applications. ABOB awards up to 10 senior scholarships, based on participation, leadership, achievements, and character. If you have a HS senior currently enrolled in any of the band/orchestra programs, they may apply. Applications are exclusively done via google form.
Forms must be completed by March 16th, 2026.
